1. Scope
These terms apply to drivers using the Road Hero app through their employer. All licenses are governed by separate agreements between Road Hero AB and each transport company.
2. Use of the App
- The app may only be used for reporting incidents and deviations during work.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.
- Accounts are linked to the employer and may be suspended or terminated when employment or agreements end.
3. Restrictions
- The app may not be used for any other purpose than reporting as defined by the employer agreement.
- No purchases or payments are made through the app.
4. Limitation of Liability
Road Hero AB is not responsible for actions, decisions, or consequences based on the reports generated. The employer is responsible for further handling.
